Appointments
We offer face-to-face appointments and remote/ virtual appointments, where necessary. Face to face appointments are required when specified. If further assistance is required, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will discuss the options with you. Prior to your appointment, a health information questionnaire, consent form and an invoice for costs will be sent to you.
We understand appointments can be stressful and sometimes it is difficult to remember the full content of discussions. It may be helpful to ask a friend/relative or interpreter to attend the appointment with you. We will also ensure you have a written record of your consultation and treatment plans via your secure TBD portal or via email. Additionally, we can provide a recording of your appointment, subject to your consent.
Patient Portal
After your first appointment, you will be sent a link to your own TBD Patient Portal. This provides you secure, online access to personal health information. Using this secure username and password, patients can view health information.
Confidentiality and sharing of information:
All information held by the clinic is confidential. If you wish for us to share or discuss your information or your health with any other professionals, we will request for you to sign consent for this. Without this consent, we will not share this information, unless there is concern regarding you or someone you care for is considered at risk of harm.
