Complaints

If anything is not to your satisfaction you may log a complaint, you can log a complaint in several ways:

You may also complain anonymously, but please note that if you do not tell us who you are then we will be unable to update you on the progress and outcome of your complaint. 

All concerns or complains are thoroughly investigated and kept confidential. Our feedback is reviewed weekly and where concerns and complaints arise, any changes made to improve our service, will be communicated to the complainants.   

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.
